1.) Post a new Plow and Hearth banner on your website.
2.) Send an email to dcarlson@plowandhearth.com with your website URL to notify them that the banner has been added.
3.) To be eligible for the $50 bonus, the banner must remain on your site for at least 2 weeks and you must generate at least one sale from that banner.
